Service policies
Estimates and your rights
Every estimate is reviewed by the owner before it is sent. Florida law entitles you to a written estimate if your final bill will exceed $150, and you are never required to give up your rights as a condition of service. Your document includes the statutory disclosure, and you choose which statement applies to you.
Signing before your appointment
You review the exact scope, price, visit fee and terms, verify your email, and sign electronically (or sign a paper copy). A signed document is permanent. If scope, price or terms change, you receive a new version to approve before the additional work is done.
Visit fee
Where a visit fee applies it is shown before you sign, with when it is due and what it covers, and it is credited toward a repair completed on the same job. Paying a fee never authorizes an unspecified repair: after a diagnosis you receive a separate repair authorization with its own price.
Payment
Nothing is paid on this website. Your service page shows how to pay for your job. A payment is recorded as received only when it is verified (a card payment confirmed by the payment provider, or a bank transfer the owner confirms); a screenshot or a “payment sent” note is not enough on its own. Invoices and receipts are issued for completed work whether paid or unpaid.
Reservation payment, cancellations and refunds
The owner has not yet finalized the reservation, cancellation and no-show terms; they will be stated on your service page and document before you pay anything. If the business cancels or cannot deliver the agreed service, you are refunded what you paid.
