What we collect

When you request service we collect your name, email, phone, service address, vehicle details (including odometer and license tag when needed for the required documents), your description and any photos you choose to upload, and your preferred times. During a job we record a timeline, notes, photos, messages and the payments the owner confirms.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare and send documents for your signature, schedule and perform approved work, record payments, issue invoices and receipts, and contact you about your job. We send email only about your request and job. Records of estimates and invoices are kept for at least 12 months, as Florida law requires, and are available for you to inspect and copy.

Who handles it

Our database and file storage provider (Supabase) hosts records in private storage. Email is delivered through an email service provider (Resend). Payments are made through a payment provider's own secure page or by bank transfer, never on this website: we do not collect or store card numbers or bank logins. We do not sell your information.
